12 Week Training Plan


This training plan is for those looking to work towards a specific goal

We start with a consultation where we discuss your current level of fitness and identify the improvements you need to make to achieve your goal. In addition we discuss how much time you have to train and any events we need to work around. 

A 12 week plan is then put together based on the latest scientific research to optimise your training. You are provided with a TrainingPeaks account on to which all your training sessions are uploaded. This account will also allow you to record your training and track your progress. 

There is a 6 week review with your coach to ensure all is on track. Addition coach time can be purchased at £30/ hour if things aren't going as you would like.
